We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Clearview Fire Department and everyone involved in the rescue during a hiking incident at Nottawasaga Bluffs this week.
After Julie suffered a serious knee injury on the trail, the team responded with professionalism and care. Navigating the difficult terrain, coordinating access, and safely transporting her by stretcher was no small task, and we are incredibly grateful for the calm, compassionate support shown throughout.
A special thank you to Jamie Hamilton for helping guide first responders into the area, and to all those who assisted along the way.
The dedication and teamwork made a frightening situation much more manageable. We are truly thankful to have such skilled and committed first responders in our community.
