Movie theatre is a great idea

With reference to Andy Barrie’s letter published in your May 31 edition, I agree wholeheartedly with his suggestion of a cinema in the TD Bank building. I am a long-time (more than 40 years) owner of property in Mulmur and my family and I consider Creemore as ‘our’ village. When our children were young we would have thought a movie and dinner in Creemore a treat – and possibly would today!
I have watched Creemore evolve into a vibrant, unspoiled, picturesque village and I think that the addition of a cinema would enhance that atmosphere.
