Decision taking too long

 In Letters, Opinion

Editor:

On Friday, Nov. 24 The Echo published yet another news article on the issue of the future of the proposed Lavender Farm.

While neither I, nor most people have much interest one way or the other, I find it particularly annoying that the decision on whether or not the proposal is going to be approved or not has been sitting on the Minister’s desk since January, almost a whole year.

The government, and in particular the minister, needs to either approve the proposal, deny the proposal, or at least have the common decency to get the hell out of the road and let someone else make the decisions which he won’t for whatever reason.

Paul Arnill,

Duntroon.
